I drive part time for a salesman and use a Dealer or In-Transit plate. In Minnesota these plates are exempt for IRP. Minnesota has reciprocity from any other state that exempts it. However, I have yet to find a list of states that do not have reciprocity. The state of MN website which speaks to this tells me I need to contact all the other jurisdictions to see if I need a trip permit. Does anybody have a list or know where I can find one. Every time I go to SD I have to pay for a trip permit. I know some states you have to pre buy the permits and I don't want to get cited.
