Reliable internet is critical though. As you know one tiny lag and you and the rest of your team can die. Not good. I don’t wanna be that guy that goes LAAAAAG! Every time he dies.
Internet! Best for gaming?

Skyrim is a legend in gaming. I can’t wait for the next release. Bethesda studios said that we will probably see the next Fallout before we see anything about the next Skyrim. So it’s going to be a while still.

Can u play euro trucking online? When I’m done after a long day of driving, I like to then play a game where I’m driving too.
-
So you like driving, then? Lol
-
Closest I get to driving games is pubg. I remember my squad and I were driving though one of those towns and another squad started chasing us. It was an EPIC car chase shootout. Bodies falling out of the Windows.. then we hit the driver and they flew off the road and crashed
Cerberus XVI Thanks this. -
The mobley hooks up through an obd2 port. Did you use an adapter to get power to the mobley?
-
It's the only way to power it up. Without having an actual car handy. You can get a wall charger, 12v charger, or a usb charger. I purchased the usb as those will plug in to any wall or socket charger. PLUS, a battery pack. Although inconvenient to pack around a battery, cord, and device.
I just recently purchased a nighthawk lte hotspot. It's capable of gig speeds and offers the 5 gig channel with ac protocol. Speeds are twice as fast as the mobley.
Hoping ATT doesn't change my price structure with the new device though. As the sim card is still on the mobley $20 plan. Along with my ATT hotspot built into my chevy. -
Where can I buy this at...I'm trying to hook up my truck....I've been OTR for 6 months and I'm going through gaming withdrawals...please help

I say this.
You either have time to run or you have time to game. But not both. Yes there is a little bit of downtime you have to have a few hours now and then or a overnight. As in weekly.
If you have lots of time to lay around fiddling with games on your smartphone it is both a monetary liability plus a awake time drain against you when you really should be sleeping. You also potentially are with the wrong trucking company that fails to keep you busy earning a living and a revenue for them.
I hate to be difficult. But these are the things we did not have in our time. best we could do was hook a laptop modem into the truckstop booth telephone and rewire it when finished. PROVIDED the local area could support data. (Example parts of Oklahoma used radio for phone trunking and did not support data) -
I play games online with people right here and it never costs me a penny.
driverdriver Thanks this.
