    I know you can use your AT&T account at McDonald's and Starbucks for no charge . The AT&T website should tell you others . I have AT&T DSL and didn't have a landline for 2 weeks after the ice storm here . I asked Starbucks about their Wifi and they told me it was free if I had an AT&T account .
