Other than the guys that self dispatch, we seldom look at either one for loads. Use them just for our brokering. Most loads are customer and the few short loads between customers the same broker gives us the load way in advance.
When i bought out a company a few years ago they were around 50/50, customer/broker. Two people calling on loads all day long. Now, two less people in the office and it's far easier.
