I've not had ITS go down, but I don't use it all that much either. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 times to get logged into it. Never have any issues with the mobile app.

ITS hiccups now and then. So did DAT when I used to subscribe. No database app will ever have 100% uptime. At the end of the day, I got more profitable loads off of ITS and that is why I kept them and dropped DAT.
I have heard this from a few brokers as well. Some also just post on DAT first because they have a bigger carrier subscription base.
You're confusing simple and reliable, with looks cool on my iPhone. I may have decided to drop DAT for many reasons, but their simple interface was a big plus in their favor. There were just more minuses to me.
See I know you're full of it, because in a down market you're parked at home LOL.
Seriously though, having instant access to a new load post is like trying to win a radio call in contest. Talk about zero leverage on rate negotiations. I never really noticed how slow new posts came up. It is very rare that I even call on a posted load any more. I look at the load boards to check market conditions and see what's moving where. If I make any calls, it's to a very short list of brokers I know offer good rates and pay good, who probably have the same loads posted by someone else.
So back to the OP. I subscribe to ITS Pro for $150/mo. Not at first. I started with the basic $35 deal, then added rates for another $35. Finally came a time that I officially parted ways from my factoring company and lost access to their credit checking. Adding credit to ITS was going to bump my rate to $105 so I said what the heck, I'll just try Pro for just another $45 and see what up with it.
The interface is different, but more useful for me. I get rates and credit, which is why I upgraded in the first place. Now it's all consolidated in the main view as well as the load detail. I liked it enough to keep it. And I still hardly care about how fast new posts appear on my list.Lepton1 and rollin coal Thank this. -
I posted earlier that I use ITS the basic. As far as sitting and trying to get a load. Not often does this happen. I try to book my loads a week in advance, some times I am only lucky to have booked a couple days. This keeps me running when I leave the house until I get back.
Usually the only time I have been sitting is when a Load gets dropped. Not often has it happened, but when it does its very frustrating, especially if I am trying to keep my other loads. Knowing I should have or could have been making money instead of looking for a load. This has only happened a handful of times over the years, lucky I guess.
