Speaking of proposed interstates, I'd like to propose US-54 from Tucumcari, NM to Wichita, KS and US-400 from Wichita, KS to Joplin, MO be converted to 4 lane interstate. I think it's dumb not to have one in lower Kansas, especially when US 54/400 is used so much.

Agree and add 287 from Amarillo to Limon, CO on there. Way too much truck traffic for two lanes especially with Prime doing 53 mph.
