Here is the definition of "backhaul" from Wikipedia:

Backhaul is the return movement of a truck from its original destination to its original point of origin, especially when carrying goods back over all or part of the same route.

Wow... If the permits in the truck have valid dates what more are you suppose to do?! Have you spoken with anyone on the phone? FM? Any reason given why it was deactivated?

Take pictures of the messages sent/received. There is no way that this should be your responsibility.

I pecked out more Macro's , giving my phone number asking for them to call ( permit and citation dept ) it was Friday . I couldn't get an answer for anything I asked. Also my FM is off till Monday i'm sure that's why I sat for 4 hours waiting for a pre trip.
Starting a new job has it's up's and downs just wasn't expecting this

The officer said that if a truck is out of service or will not be running in OR, they some times will call in and Deactivate the permit

If the paper Permit in the truck is VALID and IDC Canceled it without contacting you via Qualcom for record of message, the fine belongs to IDC. If you pay it yer a Moron. Tell them you will contact your Lawyer and the MEDIA.

Well If they refuse to pay for some reason and I can't see why they wouldn't , I'd be stuck with paying or lose my license yea Moron.... yea i'll pay a lawyer and get ahold of Clark Kent
