I know, what's some good companies to lease onto with a lot of West Coast freight ? I prefer to lease my truck own initially, instead of having the responsibility of managing my our Authority, right away. But on the flip side the numbers will be better .

Those where the 2 ,well actually 3 if you throw in LandStar, that I heard about 1st.

Find a small company close to home base that has a direct contract that gets your driver home more often. That way you can eyeball the truck because odds are your driver will not and you need something to offer other than money as you are still not competitive to a shiney new truck and benefits package at a larger carrier
But I still think your plan is not well thought out and you don't know what you don't know -
Yeah, what Am I missing?

OOR miles ... add 6% the total of loaded miles and deadhead miles.
Base your fuel consumption off of the total miles.
IFTA ... a penny a mile of all miles and 16 cents a mile for all miles run in Oregon.
Maintenance ... 15 cent per mile on a truck with 500k miles on the clock - 18 cents per mile after 750k miles .
3000 in revenues on 2100 loaded miles assumes that you're getting a cut of base rate of $2.08 incuding FSC ... Intersates's published averrage rate per loaded mile is is only $2.00 ... so you're going to have to either bump your loaded miles up to 2200 and the associated overhead miles or assume less revenue.
I see you more in the 1200 to 1300 dollar range, before you pay your driver. -

A friend of mine did $180k, netted around $70k, mostly lived in the truck and ran way to many miles for the gross. -
Btw, I would say neither company.
