Interwheel light blinking

    2014 vnl 670. So I have a light blinking in my cluster ( two wheels with an x in the middle) which I believe is an inter wheel lock, but I don’t even have a switch on my truck with that. Light blinks then goes off then turns on at times. Anyone have a clue what this might be?
