Intrastate Training

I want to get my CDL and go over the road. However, because I have a prosthetic eye, I have to get three years experience in a CMV. I qualify for an Illinois CDL and can drive Intrastate for 3 years and then get my vision waiver. My problem is, I need training and a school who will do it in Illinois and then keep me in Illinois for 3 years. I was set up to go to Prime's school, but they don't train in Illinois. It is hard to find a company that only requires the Illinois CDL. Does anyone know of any places in Illinois that might be able to help me out. I really want to do this and I know the three years is going to be worth the wait to be able to go over the road. Please help.
