D.A. ~ T to T even made a new Avatar for you! (It's awesome btw, man!~)
If that's not a good karma . . . nothing is. I mean that from the heart. You got prayers from that man and he knows who to talk to.

Thanks for the list of companies! Halvor Lines is on my list, but I don't know of most of the others, so I will be checking those out
Chinatown Thanks this. -
Welcome to trucking! It has good and bad, but a good company equals more good than bad! Follow @Chinatown's recommendations, he is the resident guru on companies... You're young, enjoy seeing the sites and banking some $$$$!
G13Tomcat, Chinatown and DeviantAquarian Thank this. -
Well in that case, @Chinatown, do you have an opinion on H.O. Wolding? I know I've just started looking, but that's the company I like the most so far.

Spread the wealth around to your classmates. The schools usually push the same 3 or 4 companies to every class; but there's much more out there.

Dry van with a good reputation. Don't know if they do West Coast or not. You can make .52 cpm with Don Hummer if you make the fuel bonus pay.
Haven't seen any bad reviews on HO Wolding though.G13Tomcat and DeviantAquarian Thank this. -
Try and stay away from refrigerated freight if you can. Long load and unloading time. Plus dealing with lumpers and grocery store distribution centers is pretty bad. Go dry van if you can. Don't give up, they told me not everyone was cut out to drive. That was 23 years ago.

Will do! It's DART DART DART around my school. I mean, it could be worse, like CR England or CRST hasn't come in, but I swear half the posters on the school are from DART and they come in once a week.Chinatown Thanks this.

Good for you for sticking with it
No one in my life is really supportive of my career choice (especially my dad oh boy...) but people can do whatever they want if they put the effort into it. Okay so this is probably a stupid question, but when you're being loaded, do you have to watch them like a hawk and correct them as they go if need be, or do you chill in the truck and just check when they're all done?
