I have a 2015 cascadia and have it mounted behind the drivers seat so it's easy to connect the cables to the batteries.
You've got many options on types of inverters,. You have to decide on a modified sine or pure sine inverter. Pure sines are more $$
Best thing to do is to go for more power than is required.
For instance I have a 1500 watt pure sine inverter called GoPower, bought it from Amazon.
You could get away with 1000-1250 watts.
Works great and the microwave use more of the power than the fridge.
I have a 4.5 cu ft fridge and barely registers on the inverter. So as far as I'm concerned, draining the batteries is not an issue.
You will find that fridges these days use very little power.
Good luck.Wild Murphy Thanks this. -
That is a very nice inverter. $563.00 on amazon. Unfortunately i am in the $250.00 range right now.

You can get a 1500 watt inverter. They aren't that expensive and can buy them almost anywhere. I have an 1800 watt and have a microwave, fridge and single burner.

Joseph, where did you mount yours?

It's behind the driver's seat.
