Inverter noise

    Go to radio shack. Get the noise conditioning kit. It will be a resistor and a capacitor. Years ago the same problem was from alternators in vehicles. The noise conditioning kit will connect across your power leads to the radio. Hope this helps.

    I have a similar problem. Every 12v plug-in on my truck screws with my CB. If I charge my cell phone, or plug in my laptop the CB has so much static you cant squelch it out. IMO noise suppressors are junk, I have tried 3 different brands so far, and none have done a thing to help. The guy at the CB shop told me to expect the same results I should have listened lol.

    I need to get off my butt and wire the CB to my batteries.
