What software do yall use to create invoices? Are you able to create it on your phone right after delivery or do you usually wait to do it on a computer later? Really don't feel like dealing with a factoring co.

I take picture of paperwork, then
I use an app "lens" (made by Microsoft). This is to convert picture to pdf.
I have a blank invoice stored in my phone. I fill out blank using "adobe".
Then save as pdf. Email or text invoice and paperwork to wherever.
    All from phone..

I use QBO (Quickbooks online) but I also handle all accounting other than the complicated stuff, I have a CPA for all that.
Use Adobe Scan on my android that takes a pic and converts it to .pdf
Send it to myself, save it from email to my computer, add it to invoice along with the RC and send.
All in one place. Then when it is paid, I can go back into QBO receive funds, clear the invoice.

I could do it on my phone, but find it easier or more intuitive to do it on my laptop. Takes minutes.

I use a spreadsheet either on the phone tablet or laptop. Which will import into QB if you need it to

I use my phone completely, use an app called invoice simple, app docu sign for signing rate cons and everything else, and
an app genius scan for any pics I have to take, or of signed invoices or whatever else I've had to send out for billing. None of these are free apps, but I like being able to do anything from my phone in a pinch, but also use my laptop or tablet to double check my work and to verify sent items and everything.
