    Her insurance should pay for a rental, because if you'd of hit their car, they'd be screaming for a rental and sue you for everything you're worth, time to turn the tables.

    Wife & I took a Woman & two kids out of a snow bound pickup. We got sued, black ice, they were in harms way well before I got there. What some people won't do.

    I went through this same thing last year, Im not sure of what insurance company she had, but it makes it ALOT easier on your claim if she was ticketed. I didn't ask for a rental while my truck was down for 2 months, I figured what I make daily and the insurance company paid it, every last penny(All state was insurance of other driver)
