I've got a 350 and I haven't had any problems. I have a iPhone 7 though. But if I get away from the phone I come back and just hit the answer button on the headset 1 time and it connects. Also get on the blue parrot site. There is a firmware update. I had problems with mine connecting to my iPhone 6. I called blue parrot and they walked me through it. Haven't had a problem since. Might could try that.

If you remove the device and then pair it again it might cause the device driver to be updated.
    UsualSuspect mentioned doing this.

The new OS might work better with a more up to date driver.
The firmware update is a good idea too, if there is one for your device.

Yeah you should be able to go here http://vxicorp.com/support/software-applications-downloads/
And download the vxi updater. Then just plug your headset in and it will update it for you. Guy at blue parrot told me something about apple changing the way bluetooths connected in the software was causing problems with the way their Bluetooth connected so they had to make some changes. I bet that will fix your problem. It fixed the problem i was having with mine.

I use a grey parrot. The background noise is quite excessive and if you don't 'sync' you get bit.

    Other than that.... works great.

Mine has a USB charger so I just used the charge cable and plugged the USB in. Does your use the micro plug on the headset side? If so if yours doesn't use a USB charger a charger from a Samsung phone is the same I know. It's a pretty common plug. Sorry I'm not familiar with the 250.

Yeah, mine is old. No micro USB, just a charger. I'll just deal with it. It otherwise works fine. I guess it's always an excuse not to answer a call from my wife or the office.

Might could call blue parrot. That's what I did and they were very helpful. They might be able to help you out.
