Probably had something to do with battery life as 4G really sucks the juice. And since you can't swap out a battery in an iPhone, THAT would be an issue.

Heeeeyy, I own one of those obsolete bricks. It's not obsolete, it's a storage device!

...or a glorified music player...camera still works...

blackberry was the pioneer. palm didn't cut the mustard. and it was shortlived. windows is still trying and did good for awhile. but probably past there learning curve now.

apple just has too many restrictions and anything you want has to be paid for. becuase apple LOVES the revenue.

i never experience FC issues with my sprint phone. can't say the same about my verizon phone though.

I had a Palm Pre. I loved WebOS but, sadly, the hardware was already outdated. And it was glitchy. And of, course, the thing that ultimately killed it- lack of apps.

And as much as I love the iphone, they've done a pretty dickish thing with the new phone- the new connector/pin. Of course they could have used a universal mini-USB, but nooooo, they're gonna nickel and dime everybody because...they can...
    That's arrogance.
In Europe, Apple is forced to use the mini USB. Sometimes, regulation can be a good thing...

guess you haven't heard the latest kicker either.

apparently you won't be able to talk and surf at the same time without your wifi module also turned on.
of course, you still have that option with ATT.

You can swap out the battery in an iPhone. You just remove the two screws at the bottom and take the back plate off. Not too hard.

That's not a deal breaker for me. Apparently, the actual phone is supposed to be better in terms of reception and clarity. I'll believe it when I hear it. It's the one part of the radio tech that's ridiculously archaic. CDMA and GSM are worse than talking with two soup cans and a string. I've just begun to use VIBER for calling and texting and the call clarity is astounding. Not to mention free to other countries. Great if you have unlimited data.
