Is 3 weeks of training enough?

    You guys are making me feel a lot better about going flatbed, I appreciate all of your help! Maybe I'm just overthinking it and being too pessimistic lol. I'm sure I'll do alright and do like you guys say, I'll just secure the crap out of it ;-)

    Three weeks isn't enough. Three years isn't enough.

    Keep your eyes open, watch how others secure, don't follow too close, don't stand near a crane doing a lift, don't scratch the paint, carry spray cans in JD green, Cat yellow, CASEIH red, don't cut the straps use edge protectors, don't stand beside a load of pipe when you unstrap it, belly wrap, know the securement rules, GOAL, inspect your truck and load often.....even when you're walking back from the restaraunt.......never stop learning, watching, listening.

    Do all of that and when something goes wrong at least it won't be a catastrophe.
