Is a hold the same as a suspended license?

Thanks brother but the question was is a hold the same as a suspended. Dmv uses different terms for a reason. Like blocked me . That's good advice though thanks brother

 

Thanks brother good advice, but dmv said hold . Not suspended. See it expired yrs ago so you can't suspended something I don't have right? So I believe they blocked me from renewing it.

 

I'm not sure the hold is the same as suspended.

I had my CA CDL put on hold and was able to continue to operate until the problem was cleared.

I had self certified online through my health provider and had the online receipt. The DMV now wanted my medications listed in the explanation for any health issues in addition to being listed under medications. The hold happened 4 months after the fact.

 

I Think a “hold” means the license can not be renewed until you pay the tickets ?


Must have Been minor tickets without a required court date ?
Usually if you refuse to show up for the court date and don’t pay the ticket , they issues an arrest warrant for failure to appear .
