Is a passport needed.

Why? We live in the greatest country I see no need to travel to another country where they hate us.

But I've been to some hell holes so I'm content with staying right in the good Ole USA!

The IP account requires a passport. I'm sure some other dedicated runs do. As for VTL, no like everyone said.

 

$135 vs $55. Cheaper, but the full book is much more useful. Unless there's absolutely no intent to travel abroad ever

 

You are definitely right. The full book is more useful. I'd like to take a Caribbean cruise. The card is good for that though. I don't know if I'll ever go to Europe again. The Army paid for my tickets the last time. I'm too cheap to pay for them myself.
