Is advanced technology making backing a truck easier?

i don't have neighbors with kids, or dogs or cats.

i have squirrels, stray cats and the occasional alligator..all of which will die, if i run over them.

as far as rookie drivers, as it is now, they rely too much on gizmos, rather than to GOAL, and they seemingly have no ethics when they do crash into something, and take off.

 

you're forgetting, he plays "trucker" on a video game.

Good for you, I had the basic principle of backing down when I was 5. Almost none of what you do, see, or anything in that video game is anything like real life, it's like playing Call of Duty and thinking you could survive if thrown onto a battlefield.

 

i wanna be a fly in the cab, when he mouths off to his trainer either at school or on the road with his mentor, and tell him he learnt it all from playing games.

 

I find it hilarious anybody thinks their going to be able to play video games and apply it to real life and have it end well.
