Is any one going to Richfield for the Apr. 5th class?

I was told that this year I can't apply for unemployment. Last summer I didn't because I delivered Newspapers and I made too much money. So I quit the paper job so I could collect and my employer found a loophole that allows them not to pay UC because they are considered a school district.... That law was created so Teachers would not be trying to collect UC. Not for people like me that barely Gross 20000 a year... lol
