I have been on Osempic since May and am 40lbs down from a high of just under 300 to 256 this morning. My experience mirrors yours at the start and now my portions are always much smaller.
It works. I am on a different glp med ( trizepatide) lost 30lbs so far. Make sure you drink plenty of water and take some fiber supplem ents.. I take the gummies. If u don't you will get constipated, it slows down your digestion. I lost part of this weight last year ,had to quit because my insurance quit paying. Started back last month. Ive also kept off most of what I lost when I was off it. I'm 6 03 270.and want to get under 220. You will see you will eat about a third less of what u were and don't want the junkfood anymore. Over time you will need to up your doses to.keep it effective, good luck. I got a friend that lost over 80lbs.
I'm not having much luck with Ozempic, and I'm on the maximum dose (2mg or 2ml, I forget which). One of my coworkers started taking Wegovy, and she has lost 70 lbs.
I'm starting with .25ml for 4 weeks, then I go up to .50 for 3 weeks, then 1 ml. By that point I'll be do for blood work and a Dr's visit.
The issue here is, these "experts" that bash various drugs, medications, companies, let's see what they eat, let's see what's in their medicine cabinet, if tomorrow the good Dr. has a heart attack, does he decline the same drugs he bashes, does he simply lay down and die. While I agree with some of the ideas, they never answer the more base questions. Further, these arguments for ending various subsidies to farmers and such, ok, let's end them, let's see what happens with the crops, let's see what happens with the farms, so many in this country hate the Chinese or other countries, meanwhile, the Chinese and others are coming and buying up the farms that are failing, that are faltering, and shipping the crops back to China to feed their own.
Ozempic isn’t a life or death prescription.. there is no magic pill, it’s exercise and diet. Stop being lazy Have fun when you guys start having permanent gastrointestinal problems and whatever other side effects. they literally spray glyphosate on all the wheat, that’s the problem in the 21st century we go to the grocery store. most of it’s garbage , full of forever chemical’s and genetically modified… you eat it, get fat ,and get on the magic pill for life.
