Try mounjoro/ Zepbound, it's stronger . Problem with them is some.insurance won't cover it unless your diabetic. I use compounded , it's about 60%less. These pharmas are so greedy..charging over 1000 for a 1 month dose.

What good is it if you gain it all back after stopping to take it? Take it forever? That’s never a good thing unless absolutely necessary. Big story now is women getting flabby butts, coined Ozempic Butt. lol. Can’t deal with that. I like big butts!

I've been following diet and exercise for 10 years, depending on the day and the week, I walk 1.5 to 2 miles or bike sometimes up to 25 miles a day. I've cut back my portions, I've cut out 99% of sugar, I quit drinking, I regularly attend diabetic classes and follow recommendations, my weight fluctuates between 220 and 240, my A1C still hovers in the 7.3 to 7.9 range despite all this. My option is give this a try for a couple months, or begin insulin within the next month. The current backlog for insulin waiver approval is 6 months.

Had that same discussion with the Dr., if I can get everything down to where it needs to be, then comes the option to cut back dosage, cut back on all the meds I take, hopefully there's a combination that gets me down to a decent level and allows me to continue at that level, or I continue the path I'm on.

I met a gay frog once. In New Orleans. Ready for Mardi Gras, from Calais. I wasn't into it but hey, hope he had a good time.

No they don't. If they sprayed glyphosate on wheat then the wheat would die.

From what I have read, glyphosate is sprayed on wheat, shortly before harvest time to speed up the plant ‘drying down’.
