Is backing up pup trailers really that hard?

    I've pulled a few sets & trains in my illustrious career,:biggrin_25526:. Take your time and don't over steer. You don't get the skills to back up combos overnight.

    Either that, or the "skill" mastered, isn't much of a skill!:biggrin_25523:

    I never did "master" the "skill" of backing a set. Shoot, it was hard enough just backing the converter gear. If the goat was available, it had a pintle hitch on the front, which made maneuvering the gear much easier!:biggrin_2559:

    To be honest the sets that I backed up were Tanks at distribution centers and had 10-12 foot dolly tounges. A little easier than a freight set w/ a 4 foot dolly tounge. a-double.JPG
