    In my little experience, I have found that, in most cases, you are a person at a smaller company, rather than a "number" at a mega carrier.

    Bigger is better.....company wise.....for one reason I'm seeing. Maintenance. They have the money to take care of their vehicles better.....even if they don't always do it. I've noticed that smaller companies tend to have more OOS for maintnance issues than anything else. In the end its all about preference though, do you mind being driver number 1849322014y5, or do you want them to know your name? There are trade offs.
