    To answer the OP, it will depend on what you're looking for. The thing with the smaller companies is for them to keep their insurance costs down, the often require a certain amount of experience. Some do better than other about taking care of their equipment. You are more often still a name at the smaller outfits as was mentioned above. It will depend on what you are looking for to a degree.

    I am not affraid of work. I want to be treaded right and honest, work and make decent money. I have a family to support so benefits and insurance are important but I would not want to work for just that so money has to be there too.

    Then you don't want too small of a company. Be sure you get info on insurance when you are checking out various companies.
