I tried searching for this company but found nothing on this site. It's a caviat to my previous question, is Decker a good company for someone in Washington. Their pay isn't the best but I do know they mostly do regional. Not a whole lot of OTR companies that take inexperienced guys ship in and out of Washington. I just don't want to be screwed and end up having to drive to another state to work. Thanks for the advice guys. Last post I got amazing advice that really helped!
Is Decker good?

Just curious, does interstate still run up there. I knew several people back in the day that started with them when they were new and loved it, some of them lived in Washington.

Yea man they do. One of the instructors at my school was an O/O for them for like 10 years.

If i'm not mistaken, I think Interstate is now owned by Heartland.

I have never worked for Decker but did my research and considered them. They seem like a decent enough company. Their pay, as noted, is a bit weak. They have a terminal in Missoula, Montana so definitely go that far. Best bet would be to call them and see what they might have available for you. Best wishes!
paccarmike Thanks this.
