    It didn't at all. I was hoping I didn't sound condescending. It is just a whole different can of worms having to get others to execute.

    When I did custom harvest. I got sent to a couple jobs and was left "in charge" sometimes motivating grown men is almost use less

    That's what I figured but I wasn't sure. I thought there would be a flurry of activity for a short while after the strike but it never happened.

    When you pull the trigger, and get your extra drivers rolling, be sure to post the experiences. Should be a really entertaining read. I for one don't like handholding. Apparently, most here won't move without a good handholding session.
