Apps are convenient but what happens if a big problem arises? I've used Convoy a few times to book loads, but who do you talk to if problems arise? The one time I called them about a load problem, I think I was talking to an answering service guy, and nobody even bothered to all me back. I don't see brokers going away for that reason; shippers and carriers both need someone responsive to solve problems.
