Is it easy our difficult to keep up on finances on the road?

I'll second You Need A Budget, but I'll say this -- 60 bucks for software that has completely changed my spending and saving habits is a drop in the bucket in the big picture. I've gone from nearly 20k in debt to paying cash for a house in just a handful of years. 60 bucks ain't squat.

Also, since you plan on living in your truck, check out some online banks/ brokerage firms. Most reimburse ATM fees and pay a tiny bit of interest. I haven't payed a cent for any of my accounts.
