When i come off hometime the first night is usually sleepless while I readapt to all the moving.
Location also matters. Driving through the Rockies a lot of turns, and sharp turns will throw your head into the driver side wall. Lol. I had that the other night. Some roads are just very bumpy. Interstates in Michigan and Colorado come to mind.

When i was in training 18 yrs ago i tried sleeping in top bunk. Couldnt. I was bouncing all over the place.
