Is it over for me

For all of you trying to defend the indefensable, he abandoned a truck. He quit under a load. He cleaned out his truck under a load, before calling in and telling anyone.

You want to bad mouth Iroc because you don't like what she said. I don't always agree with her statements. No one agrees with anyone all the time. But here, she told it like it is. She had mishaps in her first year, but owned up to them. She and her husband got fired, but she claimed resposibility instead of blaming the company, when the company clearly didn't act as they should have. She managed to not give up and got another job.

Anytime she has made a mistake, she admitted it, and moved on without blaming anyone but herself. Maybe some of you should be as tough as she is, and quit blaming others for your mistakes. Re-read her post and look in the mirror. Act like a PROFESSIONAL driver instead of a spoiled kid that blames everything on someone else. I'm not necessarily talking to the OP either.

Then don't attack others on this site who are drivers & who know what they are talking about.

You posted about your injury... So you made it public, not I.


I also see a lot of your derogatory posts about office personnel. But yet, you couldn't handle it as a driver. You have no clue about the dispatching systems nor do you have a clue of what goes on in the office from day to day. But yet, you speak negative about it.

Don't even feed me that line of crap! I have more pain on a daily basis that would make you whimper down & cry like a newborn. It nearly kills me on some days securing & tarping a load. But you know what... I do what I have to do.

 

I do know what goes on "redd". Especially of the things I dont agree with, which is what I speak of. And just as I said I am in alot of pain, You say: Don't feed me that crap and go on to say you are worse then me. How
do you know how "tough" or "weak" of a person I am. Or what it would
take to stop me from..basically goin on any further. Does your right leg
go completly numb as if it were asleep? Do your hands and fingers have
numbness that causes you to just drop stuff for no good reason?
Pain that would make me whimper..lol you got no idea..

 

I'd love to sit here and argue with you, But I feel it as a lost cause. One of these days I may list everything that is wrong with me & you will realize that your ordeal is just a cake walk.

I dont see how you can know how bad off someone is not being a doctor and pass judgement. I know how much will I have

And as far as what this thread was even about in the first place, I really don't know what happend nor do I care. I know I wasn't there and he is the

only one that truly knows what took place and is the one who is going to have to deal with it. But for that woman to get on here and start saying he

needs to go find a different career and passing all this judgement seemed a little harsh considering she wasn't there and didnt know both sides of the party

or circumstances that could have taken place before this incident, that could have resulted in what ulimately happend. Sure, it could have been a hot ld

but it also could have been a hot or over controlling dispatcher. I dont really care though cuz I wasn't there and its not my problem. I just know sometimes

things happen to rookies and they have no way of knowin how to defend their selves and have their careers ruined because of falsified info on their dac.





I actually had a very good relationship with my dispatcher and was an extremly productive driver. I am aware of some of the things they do that there is no

good reason for. And no, I never had any problems with office personel. Other people did though, and alottt of the things drivers would be complaining about

at werner was because they were whining, but some of the things I heard I didnot think was right or should be gotten away with.

And as far as..

My performance began to suffer after getting hurt. Did it for 4 more months until I just..well, until I just could no more is the only way I can say it. snivel,

whine, or quit. lol I didnt need to learn or read cuz I already knew what I needed to do, and was doin it. And was a very good driver if I may say so. Some

things that happen to people is more then a matter of standing tall, or snifeling or whining or reading or learning or wtevr the hell you said. Whining

is an emotion so typical to say of people that claim they have bad back injurys. That is sometimes said by people who also claim to have back injurys but

arent as bad off as the person who they speak of to be a whiner. They can only relate themselves being more "able" to the person being a "whiner" as

nothing more then their selves being superior. Not that the person "whining", is in fact hurt worse, and is going through more pain.

And if I could, i'd be on the road right now. Miss it everyday as crazy as that may sound. For the same reason I can't go back to

work is the same reason I ended up having to leave in the first place. And would still be there right now if it werent for it.

Call me a whiner if you want, I don't really care.

Howdy guys! I am just letting you all know that the wife, my kid, and I are all doing ok. I finally got a copy of my DAC back and Raider Express put on there Company Terminal w/out Notice. So I figure it could have been a lot worst. They didn't put load abandonment as I expected which is some what nice. They did however hold my last check and not give me a paycheck stub for the last 4 weeks of employment. So I'm back on the prowl looking for another company in Fort Worth Texas. Anybody have any suggestions? I'd prefer something local, even water hauling or small tanker. I know the OTR companies will take me but I'd rather be helping a small outfit. With having an infant in the house it is kinda tuff being OTR. Let me know what you guys have to offer. I appreciated all your post last time. Thanks!
