Is it possible to make good money hauling containers (intermodal)?

Are the loads all drop/hook? Can you choose what runs to go on?

 

Its a mix of them... i usually do a big move drop and hook(anything pass i91) then a live load and head home

If you are in NJ,PA,MD,VA,NY, Etc... Dont try Transnoble Logistics , Inc. out of Lahaska,PA. They are bunch of crooks and they have the lowest rate in the rail. they also force dispatch in to NYC. and the 5 boroughs. and if you say NO to the 5 boroughs they will terminate you 2 weeks before christmas. ! also they mess up in the setllements , dont pay you waiting Pay and dont pay tolls, etc.. STAY AWAY ! From Transnoble !

 

Dont try transnoble logistics ....... They are no good ... Try comtrack or pacer. ./...

 

Ruckie has posted some decent rates. If there is anything better let us know. Sometimes you have to take one for the team in trucking.

 

Ummm i think you pissed somebody off! I know guys that dont go to nyc and others that its all they do! They do give you 100 for going to new england to help with tolls and 200 for long island, 150 for bronx,brooklyn and queens also they will dix your pay if you find any mistakes,im happy with them and as long as they keep my wheels turning and making decenr money i will not have anything bad to say about them.... the detention pay is 44 dollars after the second hour and its automatic.

 

TransNoble Logistcs Are so BAD that they are Losing GOOD DRIVERS @ the NJ Terminal. Due to Drivers Leaving... They Start 1 Week and the Other week they are Quit. I seen Drivers dropping loaded trailers in Brooklyn.. One of thier Dispatchers are Raciest. His name is TOM. Also One of the Owner are Racist His name is Brad. They just Lost a Fleet of 3 tractors all Owned by one Person. Is a father and 2 Sons. they all left to work for Pacer. I just them @ the Rail and they are Happy. This is my Last week with them too. so There will be only 2 Working Tractors in NJ. Until ??? DONT TRY TRANSNOBLE............. If you are with them Good Luck. Your Honey Moon is going to be Over.!

They are leaving like Flys over there in Transnoble... I just saw Jr. ( over weight kid ) and He is with Pacer now. also his father and his brother,. I also talk to Tyron ( the day cab) he is thinking of leaving too... What the hell is going on ??????? The father and Son team had a big arugment with Tom , so they drop thier containers on RT 80 and Quit. I had to recover them with 2 other guys from the PA terminal. ?? they are with Pacer.... and am thinking of leaving them too. I just had it with them.. and thier Bull ####........ I just apply at pacer too.

Wow! Well im taking next week off due to the holidays i dont really talk to brad or anybody else besides tim and im already picking up loads from jbhunt intermodal under my own authority so i use them when since september i dont see anything i like on the board(may be 3 to 4 times a week for long runs to complement my daily long island runs), i have already told them few times that to be successful in this area they need somebody in the office to speak spanish. yes im the ex sni truck. Its just sad to see that a company will fail in a market really difficult to fail due to the greedy ownership. But brad was the regional manager for roadlink now called roadone so go figure.
