    Being an O/O isn't for everyone. It's a lot of work to do it correctly.

    Mistakes are costly. Bad decisions are costly.

    One thing no one will ever be able to accuse me of is being a recruiter.

    There's almost always something that needs to be done. If that's your cup of tea, climb aboard, if not, don't waste my time.

    The money is there to be had. It's as also there to F away if you do it wrong.

    If you have poor management skills, especially with your money, don't even consider it.

    It isn't for everyone. Doesn't make you all evil if it isn't.

    Doesn't make you all evil if it is.

    Whatever you choose to do in this life, it requires dedication and hard work if you want to be good at it.

    Some people just don't got it.

    Einstein said you can't judge a fish's intelligence by it's ability to climb up a tree.
