Which is my point exactly on one of the many reasons they will always be poor. Rich people shouldn’t be ashamed of their success, which unfortunately seems to be the way our culture is going more and more. Frankly, I find it sad. I had like $100 bucks in my account at 18 yrs old and now at 35 I would be considered rich and a 1%r. Who’s fault is that? Should I be ashamed? Should I give my money away to those who will just piss it away? I already do that enough by paying taxes. Poor people are gonna poor and there’s nothing I can do about it.

edit: I don’t think I’m rich at all, just saying in this day and age the stigma of someone who sees a little bit of success. I drive old vehicles, live in a small house, and God knows last time I had a vacation.

So the person who's busted his ### and made a pile of money his whole life is to blame for your jealousy?

Well that’s better then soft drinks, fast food, and 4 luxury cars in your drive that are never gonna be worth squat. You may very well turn that mil into 10 mil. Don’t underestimate yourself.

Totally agree, it’s a mentality! I have no time for victims. My own brother is a victim. We actually started our business together and he wanted to spend every cent we made. Which is why we split and I bought him out. I actually told him he should buy me out so he could have the opportunity of the business. Guess what he couldn’t do it because he had pissed away all his credit. I don’t feel sorry. Yes today he is broke and has no job. His own doing of his victim mentality.

He'd be better off I were not jealous, and the millions like me.... If you want me to assume the villain role so much.
That's just better for the whole health of society. Otherwise, there are French Revolutions happening and heads are rolling.
    You see...that's what that social
engineering is supposed to figure out. The wolf is full and the sheep is whole.

    More etheral claptrap.

You need to read more books that promote private property rights, self-reliance, individual responsibility, etc.

In the perfect world where everyone adheres to the same ethics and sense of morality, No.

In every society you will have this social layer of either inept, and less crafted. There were recognized social thinkers like (notably Nietzsche and Shaw) questioning, if the lack of contribution to the society justifies their being at all. We don't want Hitlers to pick up on such ideas, do we? So, you have a permanent social problem to solve. You need to give them something to do, make them do something worthy to find dignity and sense of life or give them a part of your life for free, so that they would leave you alone. But they would not go away. Do these fat cats on Manhattan think about it? I don't think so. I think that would rather ask Hitler for advise.

All right Pal. Let me tell you as I slowly loose my patience hoping that we can find some common footing to understand each other.
Suffice to say, I am not jealous and have enough not to be jealous. I am the last one who will go after rich.
