I really hate how the driver is always at fault

That's true. I have a 2010 Ford Fusion I paid $5400. I put 75 miles a day on it and get 36mpg. That's my back and forth car. Wouldn't ever guess I made $80K+ when I pull into work.

I've currently got a 2016 pickup that has two, underwater amounts from previous vehicles attached to it. Maybe some of these guys were like me, were at a less than stellar company, and decided to jump over to linehaul to get these insane payments taken care of once and for all.

Speaking of that, last night a cop crossed the double-yellow line in a curve on a two-lane road and almost hit me head on. I wonder who would get cited for that one?

He probably would've even let me wear those fancy connected bracelets.

Cops run dash cams now, so if he tried to play that game it would be easily challenged in court.

I don't like to move my truck without my dash cam running.

Best way to be because the driver is treated like a criminal in ANY situation. It's really messed up

I have an interview with OD this coming Tuesday for a dock worker position. Once hired on as a dock worker, after 3-6 months you can enter their driver training program to become a driver. From the research that I've done it seems that OD is about as good as it gets in the LTL world.

I live up in Ogden and am thinking of transitioning out of sales into driving LTL. Looking at getting my foot in the door at OD and then going through their driver training program to become P&D or Line-Haul.

What company did you apply with? ABF?

Take it man and don’t look back. Their still a little corporate but it’s a good job.
