    yes, unless you like payless work weeks, no benefits, ship-shod equipment.

    They pay you or repair the trucks (ltl) not both.

    You get paid well with crap equipment, or get paid less with good equipment. Or go into the union rabbit hole...

    i'm trying to isolate a given variable. i actually shared too much about the company in the original post, because i'm trying to get unbiased answers regarding that given isolated variable. not about the company itself. the company doesn't matter, i'm talking about the isolated variable that i want to discuss.

    but i guess you guys are trying to say it that it could be a good company or bad, more factors matter than that. if so, that makes sense.
