    Does he have other trucks that are running to LA all the time?
    How long have these ones been sitting idle?
    How long has it been since these trucks were even legal in California?
    You really need to push to get all the little details of this story. I feel like there are so many question marks here.

    Did he have a larger fleet and this is all thats left?
    Did he have a busy business for years and these 4 trucks started to give him trouble so they mostly sat? And now that business is slow he finally has time to deal with selling them?
    Out of the ordinary good deals fill my head with questions.
