Dave will work for tacos, and is always keen to help anyone with their dinner but he draws the line at sharing his own biscuits.

i don’t even let the dog hang out in the kitchen while we eat. i can’t stand animals that beg or make a general distraction out of themselves at mealtime. my dog is old, he learned at an early age how things work here and has never really challenged them.

the answer is yes. those who confuse animals with humans need help.

animals NEED to know who is da boss.

once you allow them free range (of sorts), you have a harder time controlling thier behaviors.

you make it known to them, when pups or kitties, where they eat, sleep, and do thier "duty"

when we used to have cook outs, the cats were never any problems. they stayed either on a leash under a tree getting fresh air, or they stayed in the house, and did what cats do nearly 24 hours a day.......SLEEP....!!!!

i have relatives that allow thier dogs free range at thier cook outs. so i stopped going after a couple of times. that'll be the day some mutt tries to steal my hot dog, or chicken...>!!!!!!!

This is my antipasto salad I put down when the snow was up to the mirrors. Kat ate all the artichoke hearts.
