Is my career done?

    I have 24+ months verifiable OTR experience. I had 3 backing incidents, and was just let go from a major company for under-compliance with my Sleep Apnea Machine (didn't get 70% usage). The backing issues at the beginning of the year is really hurting me, as I've been shot down by 7 companies already (including ALL the megas). I have 9 felonies, but that is the least of my worries now.

    How can I get a job? I'm so frustrated now.

    With that experience you'll find work. I'm sure some people will come here and give you some suggestions, and you can always put some apps in with some local companies.

    To be honest, chances are very slim, and if you do find work it will be an owner operator that wants you to push, 1099, or has a crappy truck, and pays bad.

    What is your issue that you cannot get out of your truck and look? G.O.A.L.

    Things happen but 3 backing accidents in 2 years is a bit much...

    When I worked in paving half the crew between the labor workers and the drivers were in the joint for one thing or another. If they all can find jobs you can too
