Go bang on the doors of all the Redi Mix companies in your area. Cemex is huge in Florida, try them all, someone will give you a shot.
Sometimes I get out and look as many as 3 times when backing, and I'm a pretty good backer upper, I recommend you do the same.

 

I think the CPAP non-compliance is the problem, not the felonies or backing incidents.
