Reckless driving and attempting to flea are criminal charges, not traffic charges.

Reckless driving is a criminal charge ? According to PA law attempting to flee could be a misdemeanor or felony http://law.onecle.com/pennsylvania/vehicles/00.037.033.000.html . I believe most carriers don't ask about misdemeanor convictions .

I didn't say whether or not the charges were a felony or misdemeanor.

So he didn't tell the recruiter he done this 3yrs ago, that company says everything is clean and approved him. You guys are telling me they will run it again once he gets to orientation they are going to run it again.

Depends on the carrier... At my carrier, the recruiters usually do a pre-screen to weed-out the folks who just can't be hired under their rules. The orientation folks take another look at it, and then order up more detailed information if it's warranted. Depends on how quickly things move from the invitation to orientation to when you're there.
