    i heard schenider is giving automatic trucks to their drivers !!!!
    is that true??
    can anyone who worked in SNI before tell me about it im thinking on working for this company and id hate to have automatic transmition with a 370 horsepower engine !!! what u think ?

    No, most all trucks are straight tens. There is a handful of autos around, but they're kinda scarce, thank God.:biggrin_255:

    Yes they are scarce. When I worked for them, I had an automatic. Once I got used to it I really liked it!! No clutch pedal so I could stretch my legs. (I'm 6' 2".) No gear shift so I could put my big cooler on the floor between the seats and still have plenty of room to walk to the bunk. My right arm and shoulder actually quit hurting as I wasn't banging gears and city driving was so much easier!
