    Let's just demand going back to the 1962 HOS regs and leave the other crap alone.

    Why pay someone to take part in a study?

    This "study" is the formula the feds use to siphon tax dollars to their buddies.
    Someone has to "watch" the study. Same do nothing position every study has.
