Is there anyone still getting decent mileage?; You don't have to list your company if you don't want---i just need reassurance.

Picture "A Charlie Brown Christmas." And picture the part where charlie is on stage going out of his mind and just asks what christmas is all about? And i'm Charlie Brown---because it's really gotten to that point really; i'm getting desperate and i don't know where/who to turn to. i need reassurance.

Aren't you the same guy posting his paychecks in that other thread? Looked like you were doing pretty well to me.

If by decent miles you mean anything over 3000 a week, then yes, hubby is getting decent miles, but just in the past 3 weeks. Week 1- 3100, week 2-3800,
    week 3-3400...

Things seem to be picking up, but S-L-O-W-L-Y, at least, if you pull a reefer...

My trucks are running 3000 to 4000 miles a week...NO! Not hauling garbage freight! The drivers are crying for time off whenever they get home.

i would consider anything 2919 and higher decent. However, right now, i think 2700 would be considered good.

Also, i said that if you didn't want to list your company that was cool. However, if you don't mind listing it, then please list it.

My last four complete weeks (not including the one with 4 1/2 days at home), I've been averaging about 3k. I drive a 60 mph pumpkin, BTW.

Marvelous change from a few months ago. But I think it also has to do (at least in my case) with my driver manager getting comfortable in her new position. She began actually assigning loads to her drivers back in March, and it understandably took some time to get settled in her new job. Previously, she was more of a coordinator/liason/persontocallifyouhadaproblem while all loads were dispatched out of the home office.

I'll wrap up this week Saturday with about 2800. Not stupendous, but decent considering the week started very slowly. I also hit my quarterly bonus, and that arrives next week.
