    If it's supposed to be a produce load, it is quite high, as USDA is showing a high of $6400 to Philly for the week ending 7/10 and a surplus of trucks in Nogales.
    As to the 50% up front, like I said, that used to be standard operating procedure.

    ya the person is mexican too. So that adds more suspense to it about drugs. But right now im looking for a load out of NJ for monday going to indianapolis.!
