    You guys are making me hungry!

    A big key to losing weight is to make sure that you don't eat several hours before bed. Weight falls off of me when I do that.

    You also can cook your spinach or your greens in olive oil and garlic if you like.

    I try at least once a day to have a bagel sandwich of cooked spinach and provolone cheese. The cheese makes it more like a meal. That works for me.

    Something about the greens really helps your stomach with digestion and losing weight.

    And look what it did for Popeye!

    Well they’re so low on calories you can literally eat as much as you want and maybe a small chicken breast for protein and you’ll definitely lose weight
