You guys are making me hungry!
A big key to losing weight is to make sure that you don't eat several hours before bed. Weight falls off of me when I do that.
You also can cook your spinach or your greens in olive oil and garlic if you like.
I try at least once a day to have a bagel sandwich of cooked spinach and provolone cheese. The cheese makes it more like a meal. That works for me.
Something about the greens really helps your stomach with digestion and losing weight.
And look what it did for Popeye!
