Is this doable?

    Don't know how he figures but it usually goes something like this: 10% of weeks gross. You gross $2000.00 for the week, the O/O gets $200.00 and so on. It's not as bad as it sounds. Remember it costs money to add a truck and trailer to his insurance,they don't do it for nothing. Each truck pays a share of the insurance so each leased truck and trailer pays. I paid the O/O whose Authority and Insurance I was using 10% and on a bad week it didn't pay the insurance and other weeks he made a little money. Personally I had no problem with that. I don't know what his insurance premiums are but remember it ain't cheap and as I said his insurance is gonna charge him to add the equipment and the premium is goin up.JMO
