Based on that, looks like they are using his actual miles in the ranking? He is currently Bronze, when he reaches 90,000 he will move up the rank to silver, etc, etc. That's how I read it anyway? That's if hes running single anyway

Id say as he moves from rank to rank, his pay will increase a little all the way up to platinum?

I believe "diamond" is the highest rank one an attain after holding platinum for 12 straight quarters in a row.

I believe you'll do ok with them as long as they give you a mixture of long and short. If you do only long, it will cut your average down pretty steep.

That's true but just starting out is rough. the longer he stays the better situated he'll get and wont need to rely on them as much.

Do you save some type of trip sheet for each load you deliver? Althoough I'm not saying your employer will short you on miles, sometimes mistakes do happen back in those accounting/payroll offices and I've always found it's good to compare with actual notes taken. Good luck with your new career!

I would be concerned if my company made the pay stubs so indecipherable that I didn't know how many miles I was being payed for on each check. Makes it hard to know if your pay is correct or not. Talk about a giant red-flag.

    Gross was $536.92

Take out taxes and other deductions...
    Take out $220 in advances...

And the bottom line doesn't look too good.

    Stop taking so many advances.
